An Uplifting Quote

Since I'm such a cynic, I can't be trusted to write a truly inspirational post. Therefore, I shall refer to Gandhi, who said the following:

"When I despair, I remember that all through history the way of truth and love has always won. There have been tyrants and murderers and for a time they seem invincible but in the end, they always fall -- think of it, ALWAYS."

The cynic in me responds with, "Ironic that he himself was murdered." And yet, his words live on. As does Martin Luther King's, as does John Lennon's, as does Jesus Christ's. So Gandhi was right: murderers have killed the messengers but not the message. Let's keep passing this message on.
